Bud race heads are CNC machined from billet aluminum and feature an removeable head insert that allows you to change head specifications without changing the whole head. Want more mid range and top end for motocross - use the mx insert. Or more bottom end for supercross -use the sx insert. Or maybe the manufacturer has updated the engine specifications (eg: 06 to 07 KTM 85), simply update the head insert to match the new engine specifications.                    

Bud heads also hold considerably more coolant th than a standard head keeping your engine cool and at peak performance                                                                                                  Anodized in a colour to suit each brand.
